The Granulation Process
Granulation is the process of forming granules by combining powder particles through blending activities.
Compression
Direct compression involves blending raw materials, tablet compression, and coating in three steps, interconnected seamlessly in continuous processes.
Polishing and Inspection Process
The tablets are polished of any excess powder for a clean finished look and triple-inspected for any defects.
Testing
The tablets are polished of any excess powder for a clean finished look and triple-inspected for any defects.

As your partner, it is our job to ensure long-term tablet manufacturing success.
Tablet manufacturing process
Two basic techniques are used to granulate powders for compression into tablets: wet granulation and dry granulation. Powders that can be mixed well do not require granulation and can be compressed into tablets through direct compression.
Granulation
Granulation process transforms fine powders into free-flowing, dust-free granules that are easy to compress.
- free-flowing
- dust-free granules
- easy to compress.
Compression
A tablet is prepared, usually as a large-scale production, by means of great pressure. Most compressed tablets consist of the active ingredient and a diluent, the binder.
Coating
Tablet coating is the process where coating material is applied to the surface of the tablet to achieve the desired dosage form over the uncoated variety. There are three main processes for tablet coating: sugar coating, film coating, and enteric coating.
- Compressed tablet
- Effervescent tablet
- Chewable tablet
- Fast melt tablet
Packing
Packaging also refers to the process of designing, evaluating, and producing packages.
